Removing Spark Plug?

Removing Spark Plug?
I searched the forum, but didn't find anything that related, so....
I have a 78 F250 4x4 with AC. That AC exchanger and blower is right in the way of getting easy
access to the rear most Spark Plug, on the passenger side.
Any tips on getting to this one? The others seem to have sufficient room
to get hands and tools into.

Oh, forgot to mention. it's a 351.
What's the recommended upgrade for coil and spark (I think I have stock).

I'v always just used a swivel joint like this.
