Not sure if I'm following you correctly, but if you are referring to the part of the shift lever that is attached to the top plate then you just need to remove the three scews on the top cover. Make sure that the transmission is in neutral or you may have a difficult time when you go to reinstall it.
To replace the bottom bushing, you will need to remove both pivot pins that are pressed into the sides the top plate.
To replace the bottom bushing, you will need to remove both pivot pins that are pressed into the sides the top plate.

The two pivot pins are a press fit.
Put the flat face of a screwdriver or chisel against the pin.
With a small hammer tap one of the pins till it's flush with the
cover. No need to remove it.
This will allow enough clearance to remove the old lower bushing.
If any of the pins are worn you can purchase replacements.
In that case you can use some loctite on the pins.
