Who has an Airdog 2?

I just did bigger injectors on my 06 6.0 and went with an airdog 2 fuel system. I got the truck all together and what not took it for a test drive and went great. After i had a couple of errands to run so i did those and i got in my truck went to start it and it ran like there was air in the line and sure enough there was air in it. Bled the line and ran fine. The next day was running great then one time went to start and same thing. Then today was cruising down the road at 60mph and did the same yet again. Was looking for a solution to my problem

How low was the fuel level??? I've heard of other systems sucking air around 1/4 tank when making turns. FYI.

Recheck your line connections on your hoses and lines.

When I installed my AD2 I removed the engine fuel filter return line fitting and plugged it. Then I removed the the fuel filter pressure regulator since the AD2 has an adjustable regulator. I then removed the engine fuel filter and fuel filter mounting stem since it is a shutoff valve and you don't need the filter with the AD2 installed. It just causes another fuel pressure drop between the AD2 and the injectors. You should have connected the AD2 return line to the fuel tank at the AD2. So I have one fuel supply line from the AD2 to the injectors. I run my AD2 at 75 psi at idle. Starting fuel pressure is normally 45 to 50 psi, due to the GP cycling, and it normally runs about 60 to 65 psi at 60 to 70 MPH. I also did the banjo bolt mod so I have virtually no fuel pressure drop from the AD2 to the injectors.
