Tire size?

What is the biggest tire size I can put on my 2007 F150 stock rims?
I have P275/65R18 on it now

You can get 2" or a 2.5" in kit. It is just a spacer that goes on top of the front struts.

Yes you will lose 1.5 to 2 MPG. If you research the leveling kits a bit you will see how they are set up. There are a lot of them on EBAY. You can keep your existing front Coil on spring and then the spacer goes on top.

You can use spacers or you can use the:

I have 295-70-18 Nittos on my FX4 on the stock rims with a 2" lift up front. They rub a little when turning sharply...at 34 1/2 " tall they make the truck look like it should...but they are kind of noisy.
