Well my truck was throwing 6 glow plug codes, replaced the GPCM and its still throwing them, should I just go buy a new harness, or is their something else to look at?
I had a #8 glow plug code which usually means GPCM. And that's what it turned out to be. Just one pin on the GPCM was bad and not sending a signal to #8. So do some testing and it maybe as cheap and easy as some new glow plugs.
I had P0670 and P0676. Replaced glow plug #6 yesterday, and P0676 went away after I cleared codes. After next crank P0670 was back. I've checked connections and looked for wire chafing, I suppose I need to replace the GPCM.
