Super clean, Superduty. I really like the look of it. I love the emblems. I don't have the ***** to do mine. I'm scared I'd get acetone on my paint .

Whatever you do don't let Yeti and Abendx sawzall your fenders.

I've got a torch

It'll have a really neat jagged look when I get done

WOW! That is one fine lookin ride, not overdone, just right! What size and brand are those tires! Are those the stock 16"x7" wheels? I assume that's about a 4" Lift? I'm full of questions cause I plan to have one of these trucks, if I can ever unload the other 3 vehicles of mine. Once again NICE RIDE!

Everyone is so helpful when it comes to cutting brand new fenders apart. The guys at the firehouse want to use a saw we call a K-12. It's basically a chain saw with a 14" diamond tiped circular saw blade instead of a chain.

rrmike when I did my emblems I masked the area off with garbage bags. I started using Q-tips but that was taking for ever, so I switched to an old paint brush. Then it took about 30 seconds for each emblem, but the red XLT stickers came off too.

Forty you must be getting old, my grandfather tells me that my trucks nicer then his 2500 ram and my dads 2500 crew cab chevy. He even likes riding in it, but thats because my 5.4 gets better gas milage then his 360.

54 Oldsman Thanks. 4" suspension and a 3" body lift. 16" x8" eagle 589's and 315x75x16 trailmark AT's. Tires are generic, but tread looks like a BFG all terrain. Best part about the tires they only cost $85 a peice.

I have to admit that you have one awesome looking truck there. Although I'm not much into the 4x4 thing, after seeing your truck I may have to reconsider. Send me some of that courage that you used to Acetone the emblems, I still get cold sweats everytime I approch the vehicle with the acetone and the tape.. Oh well maybe someday I'll actually make it all the way out to the vehicle. Just made it to the door so far.

I assumed those were the original wheels as the center caps(lug covers) look like the original ones. Probably can use the original centers with the new wheels? 315/75/16 tires for $85. each? Where'd you buy them? WOW! Full of questions aren't I !!

The wheels are countersunk at each lug nut so I had to trim a little of the wheel side of the hub cap with my dremel, that way the springs would grab the groove on the lugs. Then they fit perfect.

The tires don't wear as good as a BFG but I figure for the price dif. I can buy two sets for the price of one. RDS auto supplies a small supply place in good ole Dalmatia PA.

SouthernDually I know what you mean about the cold seats I did it right beside the garden hose to make myself feel better.
