I have always had a F250 due to towing my TT. But lately we havent had time to do many trips. We have just been taking short weekend trips around Michigan. I could not justify such a big truck any more. I went with a 13 Lariot Eco CC and love it. My question is I think I will have to put LT tires on it and air bags. My hitch weight is 1200# due to a front slideout. I LOVE the ride of this truck. What is a good tite to go with that wont kill my ride and MPG's? I have 20" wheels which seems to kill my options.

Check the gross vehicle combined weight sticker on your doorpost.
You may be close or over before you even get into the truck.
The LT's with an E rating will certainly give you more leeway, but your suspension isn't tuned for them and I don't know if you can recertify your trucks rating ....or if you have to.
I remember looking at a Platinum when I bougt my 2009 LTX and the rating was only 900 lbs...4 big guys in the truck and that would be it...no cargo...no trailer...pretty pathetic!
Things may have changed a bit since then.
Long term I would also add some Helwig or comparable overload springs to the rear suspension. They cost about the same as airbags and are a more permanent solution for towing heavy. The Helwigs don't ride much harsher when not loaded down than stock and never develop any leaks.
If you've pumped these tires up to capacity, how has your TPMS reacted? I've no experience since I haven't pumped up the tires since I went to LT's, I'm only relying on what the guy at Belle Tire told me.
I have not yet. They set them at 45psi f/r. No issues there, mine are D load so the max psi is 65psi. I will be towing the snowmobile trailer in 2 weeks so I will try it then. Even though I normally dont bump it up to tow that trailer.

I don't know why I just don't do it myself, LOL. Just need the time to get out there during daylight, I guess.
