uh oh..
so i had a litle fun in the clay today ..and now my trucks check engine lights on ..i have a code reader im running a P0172 P01275 P2106 Ive cleaned the MAF and changed my air filter...still running the three codes after words no trouble with turning over starts right up and drives with a normal amount of power....its a 2004 5.4L V8 Any thoughts?????

Drive by wire ? Those are throttle control codes .

TB = throttle body . Clean good but be careful , don't use harsh cleaners . Do not pressure wash engine , unless you want to work on it !

i have the cleaner for the MAF can i use that you think??

Yes , or brake clean . Carb cleaner can do damage .

last question im a young guy is this a easy task or am i gonna be better off taking it somewhere and letting them deal with it?

I would try it first . Look for threads on throttle body cleaning . Not so hard . If you still have an issue , look for help .

well cleaned out the throttle body and the sensors truck backfires and misfires when getting going but as soon as it does the truck runs like a champ im lost not
