Windshield wiper

The windshield wiper on my passenger side of my 1978 f250 has never worked from the time I bought it. What could be the cause of this? I dont think its The wiper motor cause the driver side works perfectly at both speeds.

Wekk either the linkage is broken, disconnected, or the **** the arm is attached to is stripped. Time to start looking.

The left arm connects first, then the right arm. If the clip was missing or had broken, neither side would work. I suspect the pivot of the right wiper arm has stripped.
