Greetings all, I finally signed up on this forum. I've had my aerostar for about a year now, and have been on here collecting great information about these vans that I fell into and have actually become quite fond of. I've replaces all shocks, rear springs, new tires, tranny flush, alternator, plugs/wires, stereo head unit. I use mine to pull a trailer once and a while for autocross events with a sports car club i'm affiliated with, and I use it for camping and also daily driving. I fell into the van after my uncle passes away. He has had two of these vans, first the shorter version, then this xlt model. I really said something about these vans that he had one, he was very well off, could afford a new and fancier vehicle, but he stuck with the aerostar. Took very good care of it. So now it is in my hands, and now I am here. Hope that I can help and get help from all in this unique community. Thank you all!
