I forgot to tell you, if you know how, install a 30 amp breaker in your breaker box at home, run a line to your garage and install a plug for your camper.
I mounted a weather proof box on the back of my house so I could plug in and use the camper whenever I want and also keep the battery conditioned. Sometimes we all go out there and spend the night for fun....
Sometimes I go there cuz it's more comfy than sleeping on the couch
That's not a bad idea but won't do much good for me as the rv won't be stored at my house.
It still is nice to have for the pre and post trip loading and unloading. Campers can get mighty warm in the summer sun-nice to knock the edge off with the a/c. That will generally trip the the breaker on a 15 amp outlet.
Off topic a bit but, what kind/brand toilet paper is everyone using? The dealer said RV paper only, some people say it doesn't matter what you use, etc

Any input?
You need the RV/marine toilet paper. Use the house hold stuff and it may stick to level sensors in tank. Also won't dump well at the end of the trip. Does your unit have a black tank flush?
