Hey excuse me if i am posting this in the wrong place. But as you might know i am rebuilding a Dana 60. Well i should have the rebuild done with in a week and would REALLY like to get it under the truck. So i meed to buy leaf springs, from an f350. I will pay. I had a guy but he bailed on me. Ive searched craigslist for listigs for te past week as well as checking with local pick n pulls and junk yards.... And ive found NOTHING.
So if you have anything you are willing to sell please just send me a PM
Im interested in any of the following
-Stock f350 springs, or
-Some brand if RSK, with stock springs, or
-2inch lift springs for the front, and some sort of equal lft for the rear, or
-just a 2 inch lift kit for an f350.
You can buy new stock replacement springs at any truck spring shop. They may need to get them in, but they can get them. I got my new fronts somewhat locally and I live in the middle of nowhere. My 550 rears I got online, but could have been had there too.

Correct me if im wrong but that means im gonna spend about $300. Or used for half that about
Yes. But you're gonna spend half that for a 15yr old worn out set, that will no doubt need new bushings, maybe more money if you need to ship them? Just sayin'.

Yeah thats true. Hmm. Well looks like i gotta reconfigure my budget now.
A SD already has the shackle at the rear of the spring, while the OBS has the shackle at the front of the spring.
The SHACKLE REVERSAL KIT, does just what it says, it move the shackle to the REAR of the spring.
Those brackets you are looking at are to DROP the spring mounting point on a SD. And YES, ANYTHING can be modified to work, but WHY when you can just buy the RIGHT thing

Because im not rich. But everythig you said i already knew. Except for the drop bracket part. I get what you are saying now. And i still need springs
Its a f250 with TTB, the springs arent the same as f350 springs, they are designed to twist with the Independent TTB, where as 1 tone srpings are made for a solid axle
but they will work fine until you get the f-350 springs.
i had a 91 F-250 with a D-60 for 75,000 miles before i sold the truck to the driver at the time. the only difference is a stiffer ride.
