Unhappy radio question

anyone ever replace the stock headunit on a 92 or similar models do you need a antenna adapter for them. i got a Dual XR4115 headunit that i have to install if it matters

I'm not sure what the Dual uses for an input, but my Pioneer did not need an antenna adapter.

heres a link Dual XR4115 (XR-4115) MP3 WMA USB Mechless Digital Media Receiver it has a little circle port on the back

I have put JVC's and Sony's in my trucks and not needed an antenna adaptor.

Looks the same as mine. You should be good without the adapter.
