I was wondering what brand of motion bypass modules current mytouch owners have used and what is recommended? I am looking to use the video funtion while moving . Nav -Tv , coastaletech, ect
has anyone done this ,any info on where to start would be great. My 2013 F-150 should be here in a month and would like to do the research before hand.
I don't have a '13 with the MFT but I'm using the coastaletech Sync Lockpick on my '11 SD factory nav unit. I had problems with the first harness, they sent me another and it's been fine since. Works like a champ.
thanks for the reply I will look into what they have to offer. what did your lockpick cost? Are you able to play video while on the fly? is it woryh looking into this and are you happy with the unit. I am looking to be able to play movies while traveling 4 hours north sledding.
I can watch DVD's in motion, enter nav addresses while moving, or turn the back up camera on at any time. Installation was a breeze, all plug and play.
Totally satisfied with the unit and wouldn't hesitate buying another one. I bought directly from their site, so whatever the pricing was there, can't remember.
Glad to see they finally added multiple camera options. I'd love to have a couple more camera inputs on mine but they don't offer it on my version.
