Does anybody know this headlight??

Hi all,

I´m searching for this headlight. It´s for my motorhome, F53 chassis. Fleetwood wants to have 200 bucks for one light. Perhaps it is a Ford part. Thanks for your help.

Have you by any chance looked at the other headlight to see if you could get a part number off of it?

Ah, okay.

I'm not positive but this may be it:

REPLACE® - Ford E-series 2000-2001 Headlight Assemblies

Without more to go on, it's a little difficult to be sure.

I would think that it would be a Ford light since it's on a Ford chassis but the motorhome manufacturers use so many different types of OEM headlights and taillights in these things, it's hard to tell.

Wow, that seems to be the same. I will ask them for measurements, and my friend in MI will take them at the motorhome.
Thank you very much, and such a quick answer!!!

No problem.

I hope it's the right one. If not, you might see if your friend can get a part number off of the other light. If so, post it in here and one of us can find it for you even if it's not a Ford part. I can imagine how hard it is to try to get this thing figured out when you're away from the actual vehicle.

Yes, it´s not easy, and the MH is completly wrapped. I think I will wait until I´m back in the USA in July. Yesterday I bought PlastX, restoring for headlights, 15 bucks. I will try that first, if it doesn´t work, I have your link to the part. I will measure and call them. Thanks again

I found this at ebay:

1992 1996 Ford Econoline Van E150 E250 E350 Vision Pair LH RH Headlight Assembly | eBay

When I look to the picture I think it isn´t the same as the link that you posted. What do you think?

I have a bad picture from my headlight:

I believe you're right. It does look like a 1992-1996 E-Series headlight though.

Take a look at these. I think they may be the ones:

Ford Headlights, Ford E Series/Econoline Van Headlights - AutoLightCenter.com - 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007

Ford Headlights, Ford E Series/Econoline Van Headlights - AutoLightCenter.com - 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007

If you click on the picture in each listing, it'll enlarge the image. Looks like a pretty good match to me and if it is, $39 each beats the heck out of $200 from Fleetwood.

Or, if the ones on eBay are the correct ones, that's a very good deal too.

Oh yes, wonderful, thanks again I´m nearly sure that this are the right one´s.

I will ask Fleetwood cheekily whether they are the right
I´m curious to see if they answer

Best of luck!

I'm about positive that they are the right ones. Of course, Fleetwood probably won't admit it when their lights are way more profitable.

Hello guys,
after a long time....the same problem:
I polished the headlight with a magic polisher, but it doesn´t work very well.
Now is question, which headlight could fit.
F8UZ 13008 BA from 1997-2007 or
F6UZ 13008 BA from 1992-1996

Even Ford couldn´t tell exactly what I need, curious.

Perhaps one of you could figure it out where the differences between both are.
On the pictures I can´t see any difference.

Thanks for your help
Joe
