I don't hot rod around everywhere but even under normal driving conditions, the damn truck WANTS to go. It is fun to hurt the little imports feelings every once in a while when they try to leave you at a light and they "quickly" learn this 8k lb. brick isn't having any of that!!.
Lol that is so true!!! It's fun to see the look on their face.
Wildwildwest,
I just added an AFe delete pipe and left the rest of it stock and it now has a nice rumble at an idle and not too loud if I drive normal. But it also has a nice bark if my right foot suddenly gets a little heavy
I realize some people don't like the look of the stock tail pipe, but this way it's kind of a "sleeper" and I like that.
I'm deleted, dumped and tuned w/ H&S and I noticed that randomly at idle, no A/C running, the truck will build a 1lbs. of boost for a few seconds and stop. It sounds amazing, lol! Everyone who gets in the truck loves all the sounds it makes! I actually like my truck more than my car now
