Electrical problems

Hello! I have a 2005 F550 with 6.0L, auto, on a cab and chassis frame, service/utility bed on back. Friday on my home from work I noticed my turn signal indicator on the dash wasn't working (4 ways too) so I stopped by and picked up a new flasher relay. No change. Looked at a wiring diagram and started testing the fuses and terminals, didn't have battery feed to flasher or brake switch. That's when I realized I had no brake lights. Pulled back the wire loom to check for a bad wire an it goes into the main harness. So I cut the wire on the back of the fuse panel and ran my own wire to feed the flasher/brake switch. The fuse has never blown. But in doing so I lost my radio, so I contected it back up. Monday I drive to work and make it too the parking lot and lose radio/turn signal/4-way/brake lights. Tuesday I jump in to come home from work and No instument cluster lights/taillights/turn signal/brake lights/radio or box lights. I have headlights now, that's it. My question: Is there a fusible link or two that are going bad, if so where are they located. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Scott
