If you have to ask the question, it will be really hard.
Your electronics (gauges, ignition switch) are going to need an interpreter to talk to a 460. You will need a trans that will fit the 460.
If the truck is in good condition and running good, sell it and buy an older truck with the 460.

Not going to be legal in any event. However, that aside this will be harder that it's worth. I agree, sell the truck and get an older truck w/a 460. Then, uncork/desmog that pig and hear the pavement beg for mercy!!!

As others have said, either get an older truck with the 460 already in it, or look for a 6.8 V10 truck if you like your body style and creature comforts. The V10 revs a bit higher but makes more power overall in stock form.
