Hey guys I was looking for a placeb where I can get good cheap brake parts as I am puting stock stuff back on and can't afford to get the disc brake conversion any thoughts its an f250...
On a side note why on the f250 are there 5 lugs on the front and 8 lugs in the rear

Good and cheap don't always go together. Midfifty, Dennis Carpenter and LMC are good for parts.
If you actually have an F250 someone has changed out the front hubs or more to five lug most likely.

F250 Brakes
I rebuilt my brakes with parts from NPD, had to replace the brake drums with 56 model year, was unable to find 55 model year drums, the difference is that the 55 model year brake drums were 12"X 2" the 56 model year brake drums are 12-1/8" X 2" Make sure you get the brake shoes to fit the drums. One other thing, may not concern you, my 15" wagon wheels would not fit on the front with the 1/8" bigger drum, probably get spacer and make it work if I decide to use same wheels. As someone else has said, eight lugs all the way around on F250's
