I have finished the chassy and drive train rebuild phase of my 1965 short bed 300 I6, Ford 3 spd, style side but still need a rear spring clamp for the the 5 leaf spring set. Does anyone know where I can get replacement or after market? Bill?
Second, Does anyone know where I can get a replacement odometer for the same or may be the replacement numbers wheel set.

B9TT-5724-A (replaced B7C-5724-A) .. Rear Spring Clamp-U shaped / Obsolete
Applications: 1957/65 F100 2WD / No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.
The odometer is the section of the speedo head with the numbers. Ford didn't sell just the odometers, try a speedo shop.
What do you use for your obsolete parts locator? Mine seems to pull up NOS Parts LTD as having this part. I've dealt with a Michael Haisan there and he is over the top responsive to requests. That was before Christmas, though, so things might have changed there since then.
I've worked with the PartsVoice.com tech group to try to improve their web site. When you actually try to submit requests for certain parts to certain vendors it breaks the web page and throws an error. Wish they would fix that. I test the specifics daily and no change.
Have you been submitting pricing requests much? It's great for looking up numbers and seeing who has what, but for submitting pricing requests it seems to be hit and miss. I can give you an example if you're curious what I'm talking about.
Hell, I could care less what the parts cost, I'm not buying them. I list the part numbers, sources, phone numbers, then it's up to whoever I listed the parts for, to call and ask '"how much."
Thanks for the info guys!...... $4.50 was very reasonable until they wanted to tack on the 14.50 to ship it UPS standard. I think I'll just make it myself now it's just going to eat up more of my time. And I do believe there is a speed shop here in Fredericksburg so I will check with them and let you know Bill, how it turns out.
