Unhappy steering pulls

I have a 1979 F-150 lifted with 35" tires and i took it mudding and got back into it to drive it and now it pulls pretty hard when you drive down the road. When you drive down the road it all of the sudden just jerks (usual to the drivers side). The only thing i noticed is that on the dual front stablized the bottom one is dented in. I was wondering if this was my problem or if i needed to get it aligned?

You had to have hit something to dent the stabilizer. This could also have bent or otherwise damaged something else in the steering/suspension system. The easiest way to tell would be to pull out that damaged stabilizer and see if it helps or not. However, I would certainly plan on taking it to an alignment shop pretty soon.
