My upper hinges are stamped 'RS' & 'LS', but they are OEM replacements.
Not sure if they come off the line that way.

There are 4 different hinges

L upper (has the "spring" to hold the door open)
L lower
R upper (has the "spring" to hold the door open)
R lower

As for adjusting. SUNG the bolts up, NOT tighten them. Just enough to support the weight of the door, but still allow you to move it.
Then GENTLY close the door, looking for contact with the fender, rocker, cab etc. the move the door accordingly. Once you get it where you want it, Tighten the bolts

take the two out of the door and remove it, then you can get to the three that hold the hinge to the body

It isn't easy by yourself.
I use a floor jack to hold the door up at the right height while i wiggle it around to get all the bolts started.

It's a balancing act for sure, but at least you don't have to try and hold the weight of the door while you're lining it up.

Oh ya. That is a pain. Tried it and dropped the door like 6 times and sliced some of the door wiring. Lucky i didnt break the windows.

I use my engine hoist to hold it up, lets you move it around as needed and also keeps the weight off you

That works as well as a ratchet strap and a garage door track
