3000-4500 miles on engine oil is a good time frame. Send your oil in to have tested if you want to know how long you can go on oil.
3000 miles for transmission fluid changes is way overkill. Most people service their transmission every 50,000-100,000 miles(this varies with different people).

Fuel filter changes every 10-12k. That will keep the fuel clean. I have had an analysis on my tranny fluid last oil change and the 30k interval was more than sufficient based on my report.

Call me overkill but here's what I do. Rotella t6 and fl1995 every 3k, trans fluid every 15k, filter and full flush every 30k. Fuel filter every other oil change. Coolant is flushed every 30k ( running green ) until next service then ELC.

I do oil every 5,000. Fuel filter every 15,000 (3rd oil change) and transmission every 50,000, but my transmission is a stick, so it doesn't get quite as hot as the autos. I change my wifes auto transmission every 30,000
