Window Fix Help
I have a 98 expedition and the drivers window came out of the tabs that raise and lower the window.
I have the door panel off and found that the slider on one side that moves in the horizontal bar came off of the up and down (scissors) mechanism. It looks like i should just press the metal piece from the horizontal bar into the plastic slider, does anyone have any insight into this?
Since the tabs are not on the window, how do I know where to attach the tabs to the window?
Any help would be great and i appreciate any and all suggestions, Thanks.

there some tabs on the back of the scissor mech. they insert into the bar but you have to press hard. Then just glue the window back onto the track which you can buy in Auto part store....
