Question Battery tender/float on dual batteries

2006 6.0

Want to get the truck set up with a battery tender/float since it can sit for a bit and it can get pretty cold here.

Going with the Jr. battery tender brand.

I would like to know which battery should I connect it with out of the two?

I have searched online and saw a few different answers. One was to connect the positive to the first battery and the negative to the second battery.

Any right or wrong way to do it?

since both batteries are hooked in parallel, it makes no difference which you hook it to. they will both be charged as long as your cables and connections are good.
