Gigger is funny. Apparently he doesn't realize North Bay is the middle of no where.

I, along with quite a few others, think the potential is huge here. We have the infrastructure already to support businesses in the 3-5 employee range, and the County, State, and local port district are willing to help out. With small manufacturing companies are paying 5-8 dollars/month per square foot in Portland for space, they can buy, or lease here for less than half! Plus we having housing a quarter mile away for their employees
Hmmmmmmmm.....

The city of Dallas is trying the same thing. We've got a number of vacant buildings, including the former Pregitzer factory that would be ideal for a manufacturing company to move it.

We're not as crime and idiot free as out there, but we're a LOT better than Portland.

I'm closer to some where than Don is, plenty of stores within a few minutes from my place..........I'm waiting, lol

Update!

I had a meeting with the insurance adjuster yesterday. We will be getting a check for $38,000 next week. Time to start the rebuild........
