Yup, terrible out here. Where I can leave the house and shop unlocked, keys in the truck, no druggies, no gangs, no moron drivers. I could go on.......
I, along with quite a few others, think the potential is huge here. We have the infrastructure already to support businesses in the 3-5 employee range, and the County, State, and local port district are willing to help out. With small manufacturing companies are paying 5-8 dollars/month per square foot in Portland for space, they can buy, or lease here for less than half! Plus we having housing a quarter mile away for their employees

We're not as crime and idiot free as out there, but we're a LOT better than Portland.
