Battery Cables Gone Wrong

I've got a 2000 F250 PS with 145,000 miles. Had trouble starting recently so I replaced the battery cables (starter and batteries tested strong). Now I have no power anywhere to the truck. I ran a multimeter and I've got power at the batteries, the starter relay and at the starter. Fuses seem to be fine and grounds appear to be solid. I'm stumped.

Make sure your ground cable is tight(not at battery end). Also make sure the cable is on the starter terminals tight as well.

Thanks for the reply. After a healthy dose of continual research and a sizable helping of humble pie, I realized that I somehow (read "idiot" here) managed to misinstall the two fuse links to the wrong side of the starter relay. Swapped them out and vrrrooom.

I still feel kinda stupid.
