Auxiliary Power Point

Auxiliary Power Point
I have a late model 2003 Excursion diesel and the auxiiliary power point on the dashboard does not work. It is not hooked up to the same fuse as the cigarette lighter but my owner's manual does not list a fuse for it. Some forums say it is in the passenger side kick panel near the fuel reset but I took that cover off and there are no fuses there just relays and maybe solenoids. The rear and center consule auxiliary power points work but again they are not listed on the fuse panel list in the owner's manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also does anybody know what bulb the overhead consule takes and does anyone know about what goes wrong on the trip computer. The display is out. It used to come back when you knocked it but no longer. Thanks!

Auxiliary Power point and seatbelts
Thanks! That auxiliary outlet has been out of commission for about 4-5 years now. I just nevery bothered with it since there is a cigarette lighter just below the coffee/drink holder. But I started fixing some nagging little things on the car and decided to get to the bottom of this problem too. Hey, do you know anything about seatbelts in the Excursion? My rear seatbelts have been bad/defective since I bought the car new in 2003. They lock up and then don't release so each time you go around a sharp corner or stop hard, they tighten and then don't releae. Eventually you either get choked or have to release the belts and start over. It's very annoying but fortunately I don't sit in the middle or back rows often and it doesn't affect the front seats. The dealer says there is no recall for that, but I suspect it's a problem. Any input?
