My 300 does this to, if I let it go to idle (700RPM) then push clutch in, slide in Neutral, let off clutch pedal, the RPM's will jump back up to 1100RPM and stay there until I come to a complete stop, then fall to 700.
I also hate that I have to rev the 300 to 2500RPM before shifting, cause if I shift at a lower RPM then that, the revs come back down slowly, and I have to shift extremely slowly to get a nice smooth shift, if not, the clutch brings down the RPM and gives the truck a small jerk. ****ing computer controlled engine!
