I relined ours myself. Rivet city! One set is enough do all four linings.
Punch the old rivets out with a pin punch. Then the new rivets are set with a rivet set tool. It's not rocket surgery but it does take some time to do it well.

Chuck's Trucks would be my first call, followed by Joblot. I have riveted the linings onto the shoes for my 37 sedan. Not at all a hard job, but you do want to get one of the ~$25 brake shoe riveting tools.
The 12" shoes are hard to find. I'll dig around and find out where I got mine. Actually I believe that the Ford parts book does list a lining and shoe assembly for F-2 (Model D) unless I'm not reading it right Bill? 8J-2018 & 8J-2019
If you read what they have printed in their catalogue you are not sure if they are 11" or 12" parts so I called Lou at their main number and he made sure that I got the right 12" shoes.
