Code P0470

Good day fellas,

This morning when I started up my truck, I noticed a pending code on my SGII. P0470 Exhaust Pressure Sensor. Can someone please educate me a little bit on this. Where is it located, what would cause it to go bad, can I test it, can this cause other things to fail?

Thanks for any input.

So I got home today and took a look under the hood to see what I might be able to find. I found oil dripping from the underside of the turbo onto the top of the engine.

Some of the symptoms I've noticed over the past couple of weeks.
-Erratic idle, especially when cold. It's not real bad, but just enough to notice. Almost like there are small surges.
-Lack of power, sometimes it just doesn't seem as responsive to the throttle as I'm used to, could just be me??
-Puff of black smoke on start up. Seems to be blowing out more smoke than I remember, but only when the engine is cold.
