Other than intermittent start, what was the symptoms to replace it?

Long crank occasional back fire through intake and when it does that it won't start for about 30min then its fine like nothing wrong at all for a week or two.

Yep. Not too bad. The 11 year old girl goes hunting for snakes and bugs and likes to shoot big guns, the 9 year is babysat by the horses. It is the 6 year old that keeps you on your toes and runs your tail into the ground.
