They have no idea how to do anything. I watched a program on TV the other night. They found the average age of workers who still know how to "build things" was 58 years old. The prospect for when the rest of those workers retired was not very good.
My best Bud Mikey's brother is a millwright for a large miltinational company in Portland. You should hear the stories he tells! His turnover rate average is 6 months for nubees. He works 70 hours a week because they can't find anybody that has his skills. Not good for the future. Glad I'm an old fart..........Hopefully I'll be dead before it all turns to crap...
