So i've got a 2003 F350 6.0 fx4 with 240xxxkm on it and ive noticed in city driving, about 60km/h i can hear a steady, light squeal with the drivers window down. I suspect a hub needle bearing, but from my research, the fx4 came stock with a rancho suspension and warn hubs. Do the other model f350's come with the same hubs with the same service procedure? Also, from 120km/h+ i can feel the whole front end shaking and hear it clunking around under my feet. I'm just not sure where to look next for the problem. I've already changed the steering stabilizer (which was leaking) to a new rancho along with new shocks all around, and changed the upper tie rod end (which was also shot) which connects to the p/s box. Looks like the tie rod ends at the knuckle also have cracks in the boots.
I jacked the truck up and tested for play in the ball joints, and the left wheel had very little play in it, while the right wheel had no play.
If anyones got any idea where to start or have come across this, any help would be much appriciated!!
