Distributor requirement

I am restoring my 1965 f100 2wd shortbed. I am replacing the worn out 1973 300/6 w/factory intake and exhaust with a rebuilt 1975 300/6 with an Offenhauser 4brl intake, Headman headers and Holley 390 brl carb. I decided to upgrade the ignition to electronic of the 1975 year. I bought the single vacume distributor. is this correct or do I need the duel vacume distributor?

I did a 1985 inline 300 just like you are. I got a single vacuum advance distributor off eBay and a DS2 box. It ran great right out of the box. Have fun!
