Ranger to F-150 questions
I've been browsing the forums for a while and still have a few questions:
-EcoBoost or reg engine
-I want an FX4 but worth the price?
-is the sync worth it?
-I will miss my ranger, how is the turning radius of the new 150's?
-Why an F-150, other than just because "Ford"?
Thanks I hope to get a lot of feedback. I love my ranger but, I think its just time to move on with these great incentives being offered....

-I don't think you can go wrong with either engine. I have a 5.0 and have been happy with it. It also has a nice rumble sound to it.
-If the FX4 has the equipment that you are looking for, then it is worth the price.
-I like SYNC. It does have a hiccup every now and then, but I like it and I think it is pretty easy to work with. I would never want to go without it again.
-Turning radius is going to be quite different than what you are used to, but I don't think it is too bad. The one thing I don't like this this generation of F-150 is the overall length. I think the truck is too big. I rather the size of my '04 over this one. Even so, I still think the Super Crew is the way to go.
-Because the F-150 has so many variations, they are easily matched to your specific wants/needs. Ford builds the best trucks on the market IMO. I also think the F-150 is clearly the best looking trucks on the road, and they survived without our tax money.
Good luck and post in the 2009-present forum if you decide to buy one to let us know what you got. Don't forget to post pics so we can see that beautiful truck!
