Just finished installing the egr delete kit on my 08'. Pretty straight forward, did not remove fender skirt, went surprisingly well.....EXCEPT, when the instructions tell you to remove the lower EGR bracket, please NOTE, the bolts you remove hold the manifold on as well, and MUST be replaced!! ;-)

Did the Sinister egr cooler and valve delete yesday. Very nice intake elbow and I noticed a more crisp yet smoother throttle response at lower rpms. By the way my kit did come with 4 bolts to replace to replace the 4 I took out with the lower cooler bracket.

Celouden, did you do the egr cooler delete as preventative maintenance, or where you having some issues?
