Having problems with my Edge Programmer. HELP PLEASE

I have a 2003 F-350 6.0L. My batteries went dead so replaced them and now my programmer will not come on. It beep twice and that is it. Any ideas???

Edge Evolution CS is the programmer.

Edge Evolution CS is the programmer.

Call edge. They can and will help.
