Rgr,
At this I am cleaning my KN air filter and already sprayed down the MAF with CRC air cleaner. When I put them back on after the dry, and if it doesn't solve the problem,then I will check the vacuum hoses. And then the PCV will be next.

Yes to fuel pump, but an oil type air filter can do harm to the MAF.
A K&N filter is not a favorite item with many FTEers, a paper Motorcraft
Filter is highly recommended.
(this oil vs paper filter is a hot topic and argued well from both sides)
Disconnect the negative battery cable for at least ten minutes while
Cleaning the MAF.
If you have access to a fuel pressure gauge, check fuel pressure
If SES remains lit after all other items are looked after.
