I'm at stage 3 with making scrapple out of all except the drumstick and breast meat of a twenny' pound turkey...
(Scrapple is hard to describe to anyone who never had it)
This batch is going to have three kinds of hot peppers in it though -
Some mornings I like to wake up on fire!
* I'm using about a four or five gallon stockpot
