2nd Annual ALL CALI Pismo Superbowl Weekend Get 2 Gether
#47
Meet someone at the gate. Thats going to be the best option. If you get stuck with the trailer hooked up its going to be hard to get it off your truck and a lot quicker and easier on everyone.

Far be it for me to volunteer anyone that's going, but another option might be for someone with a 4x4 to meet you on the hardpack just before heading into the dunes (if that's where camp ends up being set up), unhitching your trailer, and letting them pull the trailer in for you.

Well,I guess I'll leave at 6am then. Should take me a little over 3 hours to get there.
I think the last time we had this gtg, we met at post 4. If Steve is going to be there at 9-9:30, I am sure he will have the banner set up so everyone can see it. Unless the wind is a problem.
We will be back far enough that high tide will not be an issue. I doubt you will get stuck, but if you do, there will be plenty of 4x4's there to help you.

edit: Checked the weather report for Saturday and Sunday, supposed to be sunny both days with a high of 68 on Saturday, and a high of 64 on Sunday. They expect the temps to get down to 47 Saturday night, so bundle up those that are staying over. (Like me!)
