Meet someone at the gate. Thats going to be the best option. If you get stuck with the trailer hooked up its going to be hard to get it off your truck and a lot quicker and easier on everyone.

Brady, when do you think you might pull in? Id be willing to tow your trailer in if you need. But try not to arrive at midnight.

If I leave at 6am like I did last year, I should get there about 9:30am. I don't know if I will leave that early though.

Now where exactly are you guys going to be parked at ? How far back off the beach. I don't feel like moving our stuff when high tide roll's in at 2 in the morning, in a foot of water.
Im hoping to be on the road Friday after work and rolling in at about 9 pm,ish

Well,I guess I'll leave at 6am then. Should take me a little over 3 hours to get there.

I think the last time we had this gtg, we met at post 4. If Steve is going to be there at 9-9:30, I am sure he will have the banner set up so everyone can see it. Unless the wind is a problem.

We will be back far enough that high tide will not be an issue. I doubt you will get stuck, but if you do, there will be plenty of 4x4's there to help you.

Do you guys want to park the trailers in a big circle like we do at glamis to keep the children safe and others out ?

We had a sort of circle last time. Not enough trailers to make a complete circle, but there were trucks to fill in the gaps. Don't know how many kids will be there this year, but last year we only had one small one (Sean's kid) and two teenagers.

edit: Checked the weather report for Saturday and Sunday, supposed to be sunny both days with a high of 68 on Saturday, and a high of 64 on Sunday. They expect the temps to get down to 47 Saturday night, so bundle up those that are staying over. (Like me!)

I second meeting at post 4 again that was easy enough last time. Also whoever is getting there first should send PMs with a phone number or something so that ppl can contact them as they pull in to find camp before Steve gets there with the banner.

Heres the tide schedule for sat. Looks like high tide wont be a problem for those pulling in in the morning

1:58 AM high

8:59 AM low

2:40 PM high

7:51 PM low
