Tuner.

On my SCT, i have the RPM idle turned up a tad. Is it better to run the RPM's around 675? Anyone have any input on recommended RPM's?

Yours actually makes a difference? I've plugged in 625, 675, 725 etc and nothing changed the stock idle, so I just leave it.

Yea. I just returned it to ALL stock last night, to remind me how it runs stock. So i usually run it around 800 RPM idle. I think stock is 650. May be off a few but its in the range. But my idle does change when i use that. Its awesome for the winter, because It can be a high idle and warm up a dash faster.

Normal is 675-690 rpm.

I see your point, but the engine should ramp up to 900-1100 rpm on it's own after 2 minutes of idling in cold weather.

I ran mine at 725. Helped a LITTLE on the takeoff (not enough to be reliable), but made the AC actually work as advertised when the temps were over 90.

I somehow missed the parameter when last I changed the tune. But it's not a dealbreaker.
