Spring missing

1971 F-100 4x4, I think my emergency brake release arm return spring broke off today. Any body know where to get a new spring. I looked at all the online parts shops but no one sells them, thanks for any help. Checked the brake forum and nothing there.

If the spring you are referring to is located within the park brake control assy, it was not available by itself, only furnished with the complete assembly.

DOTZ-2780-A (replaced C7TZ-2780-A & C8TZ-2780-B) .. Park Brake Control Assy-Foot Operated / Obsolete

Thanks rmurphy and NumberDummy. The mechanism itself still works but I have to manually push the brake release forward to engage the park brake. I guess I will find an aftermarket spring that will work in there, will post when I find one that works as there must be others looking for one.
