I want flip the rear shackle and remove the factory 2" block, which would make it 2" taller and give it a better ride. There is a good aftermarket flip kit that I plan on buying from http://www.sky-manufacturing.com/new/index.php. Essentially giving my truck a 4" suspension lift.
I want to know if this will have an effect on my load capacity? I frequently haul Oak firewood, heavy stuff, and want to make sure I don't loose load capacity or break anything?
I am not sure how the ride would improve but I do like eliminating the block. I may need to lift the rear a few inches (F250 with 2" blocks) and so far adding a 4" (from a F350) seems the simplist solution.
Do you think you will have a driveline angle problem?
I definitely wouldn't use one if I was hauling anything. There was a guy at a truck pull last year (yes I know that's sort of an extreme condition) that had this monstrosity of a truck (an OBS of course) and had a shackle flip in the back that decided it was time to let go while he was standing on the gas. Not a pretty sight when a nice looking rig gets to fall apart.
