Does liquid de-icer work for my truck box
I have a tandem axle truck that I'm going to be using for relocating snow . And was told others have sprayed their boxes with a liquid to keep snow from building up . I've asked different people and no one knows what it is . I stopped by a business that sells snow equipment and they say they only sell BRINE by bulk , but can't guarantee the stuff will work and only sell it in bulk 275 gal containers . Also the stuff is only good to 15-17 degrees .
Can anyone help me out or guide me in the right direction .
Yes thats a problem, my loader, backhoe buckets, plow blades dump
bodys. The only or cheapest way is I just keep spraying diesel on
them. We just have to figure a way to keep
these things sliprey. Fustrating aint it. Haul a couple loads and come
back with half a load. Diesel helps but I spray it every load same thing
hauling asphalt every load has to be sprayed.
I know this sounds crazy and maybe x-rated but I used to sell street sweepers,
what we used to get muck out of the bed was a vibrator. It was installed near the front of the bed and with a push of a button it would shake the bed. It worked pretty well with dirt and mud, I don't know if it would work with snow.
Nope not crazy, I got a freind 10 triaxales 15 dump trailers and they
all were ordered with viabrators which are electric. Works perfect. Also
some guys use liners, snow/ asphalt, that works nothing sticks , BUT
its big bucks.
