At 10 lbs of compressed air, I highly doubt the wheel is spinning and why would it. your only pressurizing the system, Your not making a constant flow through it

Obviously I've never done this...The reason I asked is because at 5:55 in the video, he mentioned how you can hear the turbo whistling without the engine running. Not trying to start trouble, just asking and learning.

When I checked for leaks I simply pulled the intake tube off the airbox, stuck a coffee can in the tube, and injected air into the little (green I believe) vacuum line hole in the intake tube.
