No to remove the axle shafts most of the brakes hubs and other things need to be removed as well..

alright, i was hoping that there would just be a quick easy way. There is nothing good on my front axle and the axle shafts are just hitting everything and making tons of noise. my new axle will be here next week and im just replacing the whole thing. cheaper to replace then fix
