Motor Mount HELP
Hi Guys,
I could use a little help on what I need and what will work. I have a 52 F2 and it has the 215 in it and I am wanting the mounts for the flathead. I have been looking from 48 to 52 but looking at my parts catalogs it shows 52 and 53 F1 through F350 will work. Does anyone know this to be true. My truck doesn't have the perch and I am wondering if only 52 and 53 perch will work. If anyone has a set they don't need I would be grateful to get a hold of them. I am attaching a pic I found in one of my catalogs of what it shows and you will see what I need. Any information you can give me would be a big help. Thanks, Dennis

That bracket was used on 1952 only V8 trucks and F6's equipped with the 254 6 cylinder engine. You also have to use the 1952 only rubber biscuit insulator set with it. 1953 used an entirely different engine mount setup. I should have a set of those brackets if you want to PM me.
