I'm not familiar with the Spyder product itself, but if they are like most of the aftermarket units, then you should be able to unplug the harness from the back of the bulb...remove the bulb...and purchase a new bulb.
Check DDM tuning for replacement bulbs. There are other sources fro HID bulbs as well, but they are the ones that I know off the top of my head.

A quick Google search for "HID Replacement bulbs" brought back a ton of hits.

I would recommend switching the 2 bulbs to make sure it is the bulb that stopped working and not the ballast. Both are just as likely as the other to be the culprit, but you don't want to buy a new bulb if the ballast is what needs replacing
