Having trouble trying to decide how to "get it up".

Completely OEM V8 gas Ex. How and where should I start? No crazy goals at the moment, but I want to get a nice little start so I can plan ahead and see what I'll end up with

I'd start with getting it in shape - plugs, fluids, hoses, filters, valves, alignment, tire pressure, etc.

He may already have 4.10s (only available with the 5.4L)...if he's lucky.

I need to get bigger. Lift that isn't something I can blow a ton of money on, but if I can slowly build it up piece by piece that would be great

Apoca, you have this (pic1) and want to build up to pic2 or pic3?

Build as you go is great, but don't waste $ on the in-between steps.

I just paid $863 for a full 4" pro comp lift with steering stabilizer. They say you can fit 35x12.5. We will see in a week or so. Zone makes a 4" for around $540 but the front spring is not all new but merely stacked on your old factory one.

Mike, you have a 4x4, Apoc has a 2-wheel drive rig. The lifts are very different for front coil springs.
